With over 25 years in hospitality, I’ve led Learning & Development at both site and group level across luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, and high-end restaurants and bars. 

My career has taken me from leading floor teams to designing pre-opening strategies for some of London’s most prestigious venues, including Annabel's and The Peninsula London, where I supported the successful onboarding and training of over 700 team members ahead of opening.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful great training can be, not just for improving service, but for shaping culture, growing confidence, and helping people feel proud of the work they do. 

I’ve also seen how many hospitality businesses, especially smaller groups or independent sites, don’t always have the time, structure, or in-house expertise to give their teams the development they deserve.

I started Flourish Hospitality to change that.

Flourish is about more than training delivery, it’s about partnership. I work closely with clients to understand their teams, their values, and their guest experience goals. 

From pre-opening support and onboarding design to leadership workshops and guest experience training, everything I create is tailored. I deliver meaningful learning that helps people grow, and businesses thrive.
